After receipt of my confirmation through email and/or text, you have to settle your payment within 3days. Please include your preferred date of payment when you place your order and try to keep up to it.  However, if there would be any changes on the date, please notify me through text or email.

 

 

PAYMENT & SHIPPING:

 

Your order will be shipped after you have made the payment. It is a must that you have to inform me though text or email after you have made the payment.

Once I have checked and confirmed of your payment your order will then be shipped the next day or the same day if within the pick -up cut-off time.

   

                     *For PAYPAL payment, it takes 3-4working days before it is credited on my bank account.

                     *For bank deposit, it is automatically credited on the same time/day.

International Orders are shipped thru EMS and  those whose order weighs 1kg and up can request for Air Parcel.

 

For international orders, the standard delivery schedule of EMS is 3-5 (Asia Countries), 5-7 days (US States), 7-10days (Europe Countries and Canada).  Air Parcel standard delivery takes 15-25 working days.

 

Orders within the Philippines takes 1-2 days (except Sundays and Holidays) via Xend or LBC.

Tracking number will be sent via e-mail or sms once your order has been shipped.

 

Please take note that the rates vary on the total weight of order and destination of shipping.

 

All orders are sent through couriers only, so strictly no meet-ups.

 

 

 

YellowDaisiesOnline will not be responsible and will not be liable for any lost or damage shipments and for any delivery delays due to custom clearance, local mail problems, holiday rush or other unforeseen causes whether man made or acts of nature.

 

However, I assure you that I will continue to monitor your orders until it reaches you and I will assist you if there would be any problem on shipment, because I always want to give the best service to my clients.

To those who are receiving their orders via courier, please be advised to check/open the parcel or package in front of the courier to see if the product/order is complete and in good condition. If there are missing items, report it immediately to the courier company and also inform me of the incident to make the necessary complaints and reports. Make this as your SOP.
